How to Order?
If you like a product and want to buy it, just go the the product's detail view and click "buy".
The next step in the order process, is the registration. Returning customers with an existing account at Flaming Star now simply type in their E-Mail address and password and all data entered before, such as address, payment and shipping details are then uploaded automatically. If you cannot remember your password, we will send it to you via the respective link.
If you are a new customer and this is your first online order, then please click Continue in this section. After having entered your data, you can continue shopping.
If you want to buy all products added to the cart, click the "Check Out" button. Step-by-Step, we will lead you to the final order. This process is necessary, since we need your address, payment and shipment information prior to the order confirmation.
Please check, if your data is entered correctly and then approve by clicking "Order". You will now receive an order confirmation via E-Mail.
Why should I get an account?
The account offers several advantages:
- You can check ongoing orders and track delivery
- You can check old orders
- You can easily manage/change shipment information, payment modalities and your personal settings
And: last but not least - orders are only accepted through an account.
Creating an account:
For a new account, please click "Login" on the right top corner of the webpage. Select "New Customer" and then enter your data. Please note that the *-marked data is mandatory. Now, you can log into your account anytime using your e-mail address and personal password.
Can I add a shipment address that differs from the payment address?
Yes - upon entry of data, you can choose between your personal address and a (different) shipment address.
How can I make payments?
For national and international orders:
Sofortbanking is the direct payment method of Payment Network AG. Sofortbanking allows you to directly and automatically trigger a credit transfer during your online purchase with your online banking information. You need to register with PayPal and create an account there. PayPal enables you to shop online without having to share your bank details. We usually receive the confirmation of payment immediately and can start working on your order right away.
Attention: We will ship goods only after we have received a confirmation of payment. Depending on the mode of payment you chose for your PayPal account, it may take a couple of workdays until PayPal will send a confirmation of payment. In case PayPal can not confirm payment after 9 days the order will be cancelled by PayPal automatically.
Cash in Advance Payment:
Upon ordering, we will forward an E-Mail order confirmation to you. Once you receive the order confirmation, please make payment. As soon as the payment is made, we send out the ordered items.
Credit Card Payment:
We accept VISA or EURO-/MASTERCARD. Please forward your credit card number, security code and the validation date of the card. The security code is the three-digit number in the backsite of your credit card wherease your credit card number is a 16-digit number.
Sale on account is only offered to retailers.
What are the shipping and handling costs?
Shipping and handling costs vary acc. to terms on delivery. However - we will indicate the respective costs in detail before final orders.
Is postage within Germany always €4.50 - even for very small orders?
Alas: yes! Our policy is to only ship registered/insured parcels and this is the lowest prize for registered shipment.
Therefore, we will not ship items - no matter how small - through an envelope. This would not allow us to track our shipments or to guarantee replacement in case of loss.
What is the delivery time / availabilityt?
If the ordered items are on stock, we deliver within 3-5 work days within Germany. Deliveries within Europe will take approx. 10-14 days. Our shop only offers products that are on stock and thus available for delivery.
Can I exchange/return ordered items?
We offer a 14-day money-back-guarantee for returned items. The Return has to be paid by you. Handling time is approx. 10 days after arrival of returned item.
Please note - Please always contact us via phone or E-Mail PRIOR to returning items. We do not accept freight collect shipments.
If you want to return items from outside of Germany, you are responsible for freight costs. If you return items without covering full freight costs, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from the amount refunded. Of course, we also offer a 14-day money-back gurnatee for international orders.
We use your data for order specific use only. All customer data is safely stored and managed following the regulations of German Data Protection Act "Bundesdatenschutzgesetze (BDSG)" and the Tele Services Data Protection Act "Teledienstdatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG)".
